FINAL-YEAR PROJECT · FULL-STACK

Hospital scheduling with AI

Final-year project connecting appointment queues, attendance, and no-show inference to scheduling workflows.

A hospital appointment and queue application built with React, Node.js/Express, TypeScript, PostgreSQL/Prisma, and Python. I built appointment and queue workflows with role-based access, and integrated face-recognition attendance, doctor mapping, automatic attendance closure, and queue updates. The AI integration loads a trained no-show model, applies its preprocessing, and connects inference to capacity, wait-list, and slot-scheduling logic. Attendance changes the active queue, doctor mapping affects scheduling, and model output feeds the capacity and wait-list rules. I connected these pieces into the application workflow. I built this as a final-year engineering project. My AI contribution was integrating an existing trained model into the scheduling application. Clinical validation and model-accuracy evaluation were outside this project’s scope. View the source code
